RSI based non-repaint Indicator.

I want you to create an MT5 indicator based on RSI(6). The indicator should draw small visible dots on the chart if the RSI level crosses above level 20 (Blue dots). The indicator should also draw small visible dots if the RSI level crosses below level 80 (Red dots) of the RSI. Once the dots are drawn, they cannot be deleted (should be non-repaint)

Note:

For the blue dots, the RSI level should first cross below level 20, and the dots are only drawn when the RSI crosses back above level 20.

For the red dots, the RSI should first cross above level 80, and the dots are only drawn when the RSI crosses back below level 80.

NB:

I want the indicator to be non-repaint. Once the dots are drawn, they cannot be deleted, they should not change even if the RSI value changes or is recalculated.

I also want the dots to appear just above the high of the current candle where the RSI crosses that is if the RSI crosses below level 80 same for the other level.
