Need a simple EA with RSI and Moving Averages

Indicators detail in EA: 
1. RSI (All values should be changeable) 
2. Moving Averages (I need to add upto 25 MA, like MA1, MA2, MA3 and so on. These should also be changeable. If I need Exponential or Simple and other values also should be changeable.

Working Scenario:
If I add RSI Levels 10, 90 with period 100 and now when all set Moving Averages touch together the level of 90, a SELL trade should be opened while when all MAs touch together the level of 10, a BUY trade should be opened.

Note: 1. Whenever a signal generate, a sound alert should be snoozed. 
2. When EA attached on a chart, all indicators should be placed on chart at bottom not at the main chart.

Interface Functions:
RSI: all values in drop down menu to set
MA1: all values in drop down menu to set
MA2: same as above in all 25 MAs
MA3
MA4
MA5
MA6
MA7
MA8
Till 25
Lot Size: 1.0
Take Profit in dollars: 10
Stop Loss in dollars: 5
Trailing stop : True / False 
Trailing Stop in dollar: 10 ( if trailing stop is True then Take Profit will be False) 
Open Trade: buy / Sell (If I select Buy, EA should open only buy and if sell selected, only Sell trades should be opened) I will provide more details if needed. Very Important: Budget is fixed $30!!!!!
