Autoclose EA That doesnt conflict with another EA

I have this attached EA that automatic closes all order after x seconds or closes all orders in profit after x seconds.

I use this EA to exit my manually entered market orders after x seconds.

I am encountering problems while using another EA at the same time that open stop orders at a set distance. These orders are deleted aswell after the set time by the Autoclose EA.

I want the Autoclose EA only to work for those orders that I enter manually and not for the ones entered by the other EA.

Furthermore I want an option to exit half of the order after a set time (add an alternative to exit the entire position if closing 50% fails for some reason).
