New EA

The Ea will work based on the open of a new day or month candle.

It must have only 1 open position at a time. 

Rules

Buy: the EA will buy if price move above the open daily or monthly price by certain pips.

Sell:  the EA will buy if price move below the open daily or monthly price by certain pips.

SL Rule: the Ea should close any open trade that is equal to the(eg  daily ) open price or manual set SL.

TP Rule: there should TP setting  option.

When the EA should close trade if the opened position make 3x profit of the  total loss the EA close on a pair of currency 

Fixtures/Options

The Ea should stop all trades if the account experience certain % of drawdown.

TP and SL

Trailing stop

The EA should trade based on the account equity % (increase or decrease lot size according to the Equity).

Partial close of the open position.

The EA should be able to  trade on selected time and days of the week

EA not opening sell orders in strategy tester 30+ USD
I have a custom EA that works fine in the live market trading, but when doing a back test in the strategy tester , it does not open sell orders. There are no errors or warnings; it just doesn't open sell orders. I've checked every possible reason that might be the reason why it does not open sell orders, but I can't find anything, especially since it works fine in the real market and it opens both buys and sells
