Simple MA cross + Stoch + RSI pop up alert and email

hi I need this indicator

alert when EMA 5 cross EMA 10  and Stoch is not at oversold (20) and overbought (80) condition with RSI at below 50 for sell or above 50 for buy.

example

trigger sell when

5 ema cross down 10 ema

Stoch is not at oversold and RSI is below 50

 trigger buy when

5 ema cross above 10 ema

Stoch is not at overbought and RSI is above 50

Alert only 10sec before the candle close and once  for new EMA cross.

Please indicate your price and start and end job period.
