Need Custom Trading System Coded Into an EA

The bot that I need created will need to be able to use three criteria (CCI Cross/Volume/ATR) for signal candles and follow set criteria for short and long trades. Needs to base stop loss and profit target on ATR as well as have a running daily profit/loss visible to watch performance. Other Coding required will be set time periods to allow open trades, as well as a way to select which pair and timeframe to trade, ideally capable of multiple at once. Will explain the entries and exits in detail with the chosen programmer. Please let me know if anyone is capable of coding such an EA and I look forward to doing business with you!
