EA that open trades when another order closes (from a separate mt4 instance on local pc)

Example: Mt4 account 1 closes a basket of buy trades at 10am at price of 100. Mt4 account 2 (on same local pc as account 1) opens a trade in the same direction (or inverted if required) at 10am at price of 100 (or whatever the price is at the time), on the same pair/instrument as account 1. I would also like the following options/features included:

  • change multiple of lot size, or fixed lot
  • add tp/sl
  • option to add trailing stop, or jump stop, from breakeven, or instant
  • lowest latency possible i.e. shortest time gap between account 1 closing and account 2 opening
  • invert trades
  • order comments copied or not, or custom comment
  • magic number
  • any other features the dev thinks will be useful
  • add ea to multiple charts, and mt4 instances without conflict
