Rectangle drawing

Hello there,

I need a mt4 indicator to draw and extend a rectangle with the following conditions:

(This indicator is supposed to show supply and demand areas or order blocks)

1. With double click on a candle, draw a rectangle on that candle range, if it is possible.
2. Extend the rectangle with the value in the input settings.
3. Automatically detect the timeframe and fill the rectangle with the color defined in the input settings.
4. Lower time frame rectangles should have a higher priority than upper time frames, that is, if the zones overlap, the lower time frame rectangle should be placed in a higher layer so that it can be seen. 
5. If the shadow is longer than the body, draw a rectangle from half of the shadow to the end of the shadow.
6. If it is possible show the pip value of the rectangle thickness on mouse over or below the rectangle in the present time (current candle).
