EA to prevent automated and manual trading when max daily loss is reached.

I'm not sure if this is going to be possible but I wanted to make this post to see if anyone will be willing to try. I know that for stock trading there are brokers that will allow you to set a max daily loss limit on your account that will prevent you from taking any trades after you reach that limit. I don't believe there are forex brokers that do that so I'm looking for an MT5 EA that will prevent any trades (both automated and manual trades) from being taken after the daily max loss has been reached. For example: If my daily max loss is set to 3% or $300 (both percentage and dollar amount options should be available), then it will prevent me from entering any trades using an EA and prevent me from manually entering the trade. In a sense, it basically disables my account for 4-6 hours. (restarting mt5 should still not allow me to trade. It should strictly only allow trading after the restriction period has passed). It also, needs to calculate based on my open positions. For example: let's say my max daily loss is set at 3% and I open my first trade with 2%. If I try to open another trade with 2%, it should not allow me to because the total loss for both trades will be 4%. But if I try to open a trade with 1%, it should allow it because the total loss for both trades will be 3%.

I'm not sure if this is possible either(because i don't know much about mql5 coding) but I would like the EA to not be easily disable (this is probably not possible but here is an example of what I mean - I shouldn't be able to right click on the chart that it is installed on, view the list of EA, and remove this EA from the chart). I understand this might not be possible.  

As I've mentioned above, I'm not sure if this is possible but I wanted to shoot my shot.
