Definition and Description of Swing Point

1.  Bullish Swing Point: when the Low of the CS is lower than the CS on the Right and left

2.  Bearish Swing Point : When the High of the CS is Higher than the CS on the Right and Left


I will add some filters to the Swing arrows which can be turned on or off
