An Expert Advisor based on the Zone recovery strategy

Hi, 

I am seeking a robot based on the zone recovery strategy, a  description of is needed has been included below, and a video outlining the logic and some extra detail has been supplied at the bottom for reference.

Summary of what is required

Lot Sizes

Buy 1 - 0.2

Buy 2 - Previous Buy +10%

Buy 3 onwards - Previous Buy +10%

Sell 1 - 0.28

Sell 2 - Previous Sell +5%

Sell 3 onwards - Previous Sell +5%

Steps

1.The first trade is a buy, this opens immediately once the robot begins trading, a Take profit of +60 pips, Stop loss of -90 pips

2.The second trade is a Sell stop that only appears after trade 1 has opened, and only activates when the market is 30 pips below trade 1 and has not triggered to TP of trade 1. The second trade can only ever be a sell and can only activate in this scenario. TP -60 Pips, SL +90 Pips.

3.The third trade is a buy stop which only appears after trade 2 has opened and activates when the market has moved up 30 pips from trade 2's entry position. this position can only ever be a buy. TP +60 Pips, SL-90 Pips.

4.Trades 4 acts the same as trade 2, but only if trade 3 has activated, trade 5 acts the same as trade 3, but only if trade 4 has activated. this continues up until trade 15.

Once a TP is hit for a single trade, all trades are to close and all buy stops/sell stops are also to be closed in the same instance as when the TP closes that winning trade. Technically all buy positions should have the same TP, the TP for Buys are SL for sells. All orders are to be closed when any TP is hit.

Once all trades are closed, the robot loops back to step 1 and repeats all other steps indefinitely between 00:00 GMT to 21:00 GMT.
