Make an MT5 EA from a pinescript indicator

Dear Developers

I am looking for a  good developer who can make an EA from pinescript codes.

its a simple opening range strategy that records the high and the low in

a set timeframe and then creates profit targets from a certain set timeframe highest air. 

for example exchange opening at 09:30 I set time to 09:30 till 10:00 so from this time 

the indicator reads the price high and low and also the highest recorded ATR during this time.

 after 10 it then paints horizontal lines for the high and low and profit targets 

that are calculated based on the 09:30-10:00 highest atr*(multiplier)

I think I have an error in the atr readings.

 I need the highest atr during set timeframe for example what is highest ATR from 9:30-10:00.

 it seems like tradingview script is not able to read it correctly

It needs to be converted into mt5. Orders should be opened a bit higher then either 

the cross off the green line or the red line. best if I can setup how many pips above 

or below the green or red line. Take profits should be the purple take profits line, 

custom stop loss and custom trailing, adjustable size in either fixed size, or % of account value.

custom indicator settings should be taken over from the pinescript.

Indicator should be able to use on forex size as well on index or futures.

 Trading and stop sizes should be working on those. And code documentation.

 If possible could add a trade timer on what days can trade and what time. 

For example trade Mondays (yes/no) trade time 13:00 to 15:00 and so on

And close all trades in Fridays on off it possible. And magic numbers for the single trades .

 I think that would be all

needs to converted to MT5 and made into an ea. with pending orders and custom 

sl and trailing stops as well as fixed lots and lots by % and lots by available capital.
