Equity partial close EA with a memory

I have been using attached simple partial close at set equity level, and I would like this enhanced as follows

Basic conditions

·       Must be on single price / agreed price basis

·       Must provide original code

·       Must not use, share, or sell this code

·       Available budget $USD250. Best value for money to be selected

Coding instructions

1)      Have a memory of equity start and levels at which partial close was undertaken. This means that at each equity level, the percentage profit is calculated from a value set at equity reset value, or at initial activation. Please do not use account balance. I need it to be equity which includes open and closed trades.

2)      Mechanism to stop perpetual looping, or incomplete portfolio partial close. Once a partial close condition has been met, I would like to ensure that all trades (either profitable, breakeven, or losing) have been partially closed, and the ea put to rest until next condition is met

a.       Rest period should be set as selecta-ble number of single activation per x chart period

3)      Must have four optional levels to trigger partial close instruction. Example would be

a.       @ 10% equity gain close 1% of each open trade

b.       @ 20% equity gain close 2% of each open trade

c.       @ 30% equity gain close 5% of each open trade

d.       @ 50% equity gain close 10% of each open trade

The two valuables should be input values, while I need option to activate each one of them or not

There need to be measures to ensure that partial close is not repeated at same level. If equity decreases below a level previously activated, this should be ignored until next level is achieved

4)      Dealing with trades at minimum allowed level by the broker. If a trade is at this level when partial close is triggered, then the whole position is

a.       Closed if it’s a losing trade

b.       Left open if it’s a wining trade

5)      Equity reset level. input level when base amount used to calculate growth in equity is reset, meaning future growth rate is referenced back to this. For example, if I input 60%, then at 60% equity growth level, the base equity is set to equity amount at that level and time > this means target reset level recycles back to 3.a above
