EA opening Pending Orders on static lots

Specifiche

Due to lack of time, I'm searching for a developer to make a simple EA based on the following:-

- When a LINE is placed on the chart, it will create pending orders (BUY Limit) with specific lot with specific grids. Optional: A pop-up can also be incorported to check if this is a BUY limit or SELL limit.
- All of the pending PO will close when the order hits profit.

The Input should like in the attached pic.

e.g., BUY:

  • When price touches this line, a BUY order will be activated with Lot1, and another BUYLIMIT will be created below the initial order BELOW at 50 pips. 
    • If the market goes UP and reach 50 pips then the order will close, including the Pending Order.
  • Immediately another BUY order activated again with Lot1, and another BUYLIMIT (with Lot2) will be created below the initial order BELOW at 50 pips.
    • But the market goes DOWN, upon reaching the next BUYLIMIT, the order is activated. Another BUYLIMIT (with Lot3) will be open BELOW at grid 50.
    • The market still goes DOWN, upon reaching the next BUYLIMIT, the order is activated. Another BUYLIMIT (with Lot4) will be open BELOW at grid 50.
    • Upon price goes UP, and reach the PREVIOUS BUY price, all orders are closed.
SELL:
  • The opposite of BUY, with Sell Limits based upon specific lot input.

EA not opening sell orders in strategy tester 30+ USD
I have a custom EA that works fine in the live market trading, but when doing a back test in the strategy tester , it does not open sell orders. There are no errors or warnings; it just doesn't open sell orders. I've checked every possible reason that might be the reason why it does not open sell orders, but I can't find anything, especially since it works fine in the real market and it opens both buys and sells
