Dashboard for ONE CLICK selecting range

Its very simple.

I want to make an indicator that is used to send notification when the price hits my desired range

Here is how it will work.
We will use a dashboard for this as well

I will select the range just by a click. When I am on the chart, I want to just CLICK on the chart and it should automattically select the price

1. When I use the first click, it should select the upper range price lets say EURUSD 1.25550
2. When I use the second click, it should select the lower range price lets say EURUSD 1.25500

In this way range will be selected. If the price ever hits the upper or lower range it will notfiy me immediately
Notifications Options
1. Send me Email
2. Push Notifications
3. Send me notification to my phone and watch

DASHBOARD
1. BUY/SELL option: So when this option is selected, whenever I click the on the chart to select range, the notification will be EURUSD in now in the BUY zone @ 1.200550 -120500 if BUY is selected on Dashboard and same will be for SELL Zone.
NOTE: The Indicator should give me the option to select BUY and SELL range both on the chart

2. Option to see the selected range written at one of the Side with good colored fonts
BUY EURUSD @ 1.20500-1.20550

3. Notification Option listed on the Chart with True/False
Email: True/False
Phone: True/False
Watch: True/False
Push Notifications: True/False
They should send notifications according to selected range

4. Times to Remind
Input No. of Times: 3 (for example)
Input Time: 5 Mins (For example)
So if these are selected, the reminder should be send every 5 minutes after the price hits the range. In this case 3 times so notification will be like this

EURUSD: Entering in BUY ZONE @ 1.20550 -120500 lets say at 1:00 pm
Reminder 1 should be BUY ZONE @ 1.20550 -120500 at 1:05 pm
Reminder 2 should be BUY ZONE @ 1.20550 -120500 at 1:10 pm
Reminder 3 should be BUY ZONE @ 1.20550 -120500 at 1:15 pm
