I need a simple EA no Indicators, with a unique martingale

I want an EA that will trade for me at every start of the hour as follows:

At every start of the hour - 1:00 2:00 3:00 etc.- the EA should place a LIMIT order (BUY or SELL as chosen) at 4 pips away from the closing price at the start of the hour.

only one trade to be open/active at any given  time. - meaning that If my previous trade is still open at the start of a new Hour NO new order should be placed for the new start of the hour until no other trade is open.

If the trade is a losing trade the next trade should double the Lot, if the second trade is also a loss, the next trade the Lot should Double again, (1, 2, 4.)  if the third trade is again also a Losing trade the lot should only go to x 1.5 and so further up to 6 times, (6, 9, 14, 21, 32, 48), if we get again a losing trade (we take the loss permanently and) we start the next trade from fresh with only 1 lot. 

If the day ends in a Losing trade the EA should continue the martingale the next trade on the next day.

The following are the components I need for this EA:

1) The amount of the LOT I want the EA to start the original Trades - before the martingale kicks in.

2) A time from when to when the EA should trade each day at the start of every hour within this time frame.

3) an option to choose for BUY only or SELL only

4) the amount of pips from the price at the start of the hour where the LIMIT order should be placed 

5) A Profit target in pips

6) A Stop loss in pips

7) a Break even option

8) An option of a number of minutes to choose when the EA should cancel any open order if not filled.

That's it.
