Create EA With Alerts That Uses Data From Other Indicators

I would like a Freelancer to create an EA that uses volume data, power data, trend data and support/resistance data from my other indicators.


I have the basic code with all functions and snippets. I just need the EA coded correctly so I can set parameters for the alerts.


I would like the EA to use the power from 3 different time frames that I can select.


I would like an option to have the EA detect if the volume data is diverging.


I would like the EA to know the trend, support and resistance.


I would like the EA to know RSI data so I can set what the RSI needs to be above or below a certain RSI level depending on a buy/short alert.


So the EA creates an alert when the power of 3 times frame verifies the volume data diverging in the direction of the trend.
