I Would like to hire a developer for a CROSSOVER EA in MT5

The EA is based on a crossover between 2 different EMA’s (a slower and a faster one) which gives me my overall trend. In terms of entries my first entry happens after a cross in the EMA’s after the first closed candle in that direction if it is less than X amount of pips from the slower EMA.

For example, if the faster EMA crosses above the slower EMA (so an overall bullish trend) on the next closed bullish bar that happens less than 20 pips from the slower EMA that is a valid entry at the open of the next bar. The stop loss and take profit are a always a fixed amount of pips. If I am already flat in that pairthe next time that price touches the faster EMA and then produces a closed candle in the direction of the crossover (so a bullish bar in the example) and that close happens above the slower EMA that is another signal to enter (with the same fixed amount of pips of take profit and stop loss).

In terms of exits I only want to exit if either the stop loss or take profit are hit or if there is a valid opposite signal on another trading session(so I would need a parameter to define each trading session, for example between 08:00 am GMT and 19:00 pm GMT). If there is a valid opposite signal in the same trading session it should be ignored and the original trade remain open until the stop loss or take profit are hit.
