Create Indicator with Alert for mt5


I need someone to make a simple indicator using the super trend indicator. 


All I need is an alert sound to go off when all three super tend lines turn green or red. I would also like an arrow drawn as well to where the event takes place. 


I have attached the supertrend indictor I would like modified. I would like to keep all of its current setting with the additions of the ones I requested above. 


I have also attached an example of how I would like to new setting to look like because I would like to adjust the settings of each supertrend line
