Indicator to EA

I have an indicator to convert to an EA. T

The indicator generates arrows for buy and sell. I need an EA that places STOPORDER based on those arrows. The EA MUST have these features: 

-  magic number

- lot size and money management

- trading days and times Filter

LENGTH OF THE SIGNAL CANDLE= t

VARIABLES : a,b,c,d,e,f,g,h,i,j,k,l,m,n,p,x

- stopbuy order when arrow up. stopbuy will be  "at" above the HIGHT of signal candle.( vice versa for short position) . the order should be placed when the candle closes. 

- stoporder is valid till opposite signal appears OR after p candles 

- SL : (true/false)  if true  then SL=R= "bt" under the LOW of the signal candle for long( vise versa for short)

- TP1=cR (  close m% of the position)

- TP2=dR (  close n% of the position)

- remain lot will be closed when the opposite signal TRIGGERED or by trail stoploss

-trail stop loss= True/false.  if true: ( TP1 hit ,stop to (break even+-ePIP) then steps at fR for x pips movement in price)

- Grid ( true/False),  if true= (open a position with” g X first lot” if the first order is in hR loss with same TPs and SL)

- if the signal candle is "i" times longer than previous one, then EA  places order= (true/false)

if true, then SL for big candle=RR=jt  below the HIGH  of the signal candle for LONG and vice versa for short , TP1= kR,TP2=lR
