Need to convert fully coded NNFX pinescript strategy to mt5 or mt4

Hi 

I have coded a perfectly functional "no nonsense forex" strategy for tradingview that I want to automate with an mt4 or mt5 EA (preferably mt5, but 4 is fine).

If you haven't heard of nnfx, all it is basically a system with 6 parts: 

1)entry trigger

2) confirmation 

3) baseline 

4) volume

5) exit

6)continuation

The strategy is modular so I can swap indicators in or out with a few changes to the pincescript code, but I have already tested with specific indicators and would like to use . They which are pretty common and already available in mt5.

It has  an incorporated money management system with SL and TP based on ATR. Places 2 orders one with TP and the other without and uses trailing stop after first tp is hit.  Position size automatically calculated at % of balance. 

I can specify trading session and not to trade outside of it. 

I would like a quote for converting just the strategy template and a quick example/explanation on how to code mt4/5 indicators into it. Basically how to identify the triggers in mql scripts so that I can code the conditions into the strategy myself (like crossover, crossunder, x >= y and the like).  

The strategy template is around 250 lines of pincescript code. 

I would also like a quote for a fully functional ea with all the above mentioned  indicators incorporated and working exactly as as the tradingview strategy.  I could provide the mql5 codes for the indicators for you to plug into the converted template. 

total lines of code in ps with indicators included is around 650, but since most of the indicators are already in mql5, no conversion would be needed and there would be less things to convert, just make sure it works as intended. 

another thing I would like a quote for is to convert minor customizations I made on the chande momentum and the ASH, they are coded and tested and work well on pinescript so I would only need to add that to original code in mql that i provide. 

I would require the source code of the finished product.
