Looking for person to code a simple EA

Hi,

i need a programer to code my EA. It s simple, the idea is like ilian EA (Martin Gale - strategy) with lot exponent and pips step. 

i need option like:

up/down              -  would we like to start with BUY order or SELL order, at first time we attach the ea to some forex pair like EUR/USD 

pips step negative - if i buy but the eur/usd goes down, i m gonna place every x pips new order  

pips step positiv    - if i buy and EUR/USD goes up, open new order every x pips

lot exponent negativ - if the first start lot is 0.01 then second one is 0.02 after that 0.03 ... -> lot exponent is 2   -> that option is connected to "pips step negative"

lot exponent positiv -  if the first start lot is 0.01  then second one is 0.02 after that 0.03 ... -> lot exponent is 2   -> that option is connected to "pips step positiv"

trailing stop one time negativ - if we have like 5 position which are open and it s move in our way (we come from minus) so we have from all position like +x pips ,  then just put the 0 on stop los, one time for all orders! and wait for the trailing stop positive.

trailing stop positiv -  after all orders have + x pips and we continue to open new position because of  "pips step positiv" - keep putting 0 after every single new order

and very importing if we have 20 positions open - SELL, but we hit the trailing stop then just switch direction start again from beginn but with BUY orders .... and if we hit aagain then start from beginn but with SELL orders ...
