Develop an EA for me to read Telegram paid channel signals and open/close trades in MT4 platform.

I need a developer to develop an EA for me to read Telegram paid channel signals and open/close trades in MT4 platform.

Below are the basic functions I need:

·         Read and copy trading signal messages posted in specific telegram channels with different format to MT4.

·         The EA must be able to read different formats e.g TP, SL etc define String to find Take profit) Order parameter like Pair, Buy/Sell, TP, SL, entry price/immediate execution should be respected according to the signal.

·         Copy all the signals included Entry Price, Stop Loss, take profit 1, take profit 2 and take profit 3 and trades into ea and run.

·         Ability to add more than one Telegram channel and should be selectable in EA or changed/added in source code.

·         Read customized messages on telegram Customizable to signal provider format e.g BUY NOW, BUY @, BUY AGAIN etc –

• Accept close commands in signal formats (Customizable): For example e.g. Close Now, Close at Entry, Close half, TP HIT (or HITTED) etc (usually in reply mode)
• If a trade has multiple TP levels like TP1, TP2 and TP3, the EA would need to be able to partially close a % of the trade at each TP level.
• Lot size customizable (there should be setting for lot size )
• Trailing stop: any order that opened by the EA already hit 50 pips, the EA will move the Stop Loss to entry price. 
• Provide Source code
• Need all the parameter setting for each function.
• main work is to focus on the Telegram copier and build a simple ea that shows how to interact with the telegram copier. 

Please let me know any other basic functions if I missed, I want to use it for myself, no plan for commercial use at this point.
