Looking for a safe EA with guaranteed return

We are looking for a very safe EA with low drawdown, The EA must be able to trade on multi currency pairs, Gold or indices. It must pass 15 years backtest with profit every single year, and monthly return need to be minimum 10% guaranteed.

If you can develop or have such an EA, we will test your draft on backtest and will need about 2 weeks on live test, if everything works fine according to our above criteria, we will then need the source code and will pay at least 300 USD for the job.

EA not opening sell orders in strategy tester 30+ USD
I have a custom EA that works fine in the live market trading, but when doing a back test in the strategy tester , it does not open sell orders. There are no errors or warnings; it just doesn't open sell orders. I've checked every possible reason that might be the reason why it does not open sell orders, but I can't find anything, especially since it works fine in the real market and it opens both buys and sells
