An EA for trade management based on ATR

I require a trade management panel.

The EA panel must calculate lot size base on stop loss and risk % of account balance .

Risk % of account balance must be default 1% and adjustable in increments of 1%.

Stop loss needs to 1.5 X ATR period 14 on 5minits chart. Stop loss can be a manual in put but preferably an automatic calculation by EA.

Stop loss must trail in steps equal to 1.5 X ATR.

Take profit must be partial close of 50% of position lot size. 

Take profit should be an equal amount of pips as initial stop loss.( 1.5 X ATR)

Lines to show entry, stop loss and take profit prior to trade open are required.
