A sophisticated account guard + other EA manager

Hello coders,

I need a freelancer to work on a sophsticated EA with title "account guard". I have already prepared a very detailed specification requirements draft that will be sent to the selected coder as soon as the selection is made. It is expected the coder should be able to work on this immediately. The job time is set to 14 days to allow time for coding by the coder, testing on demo account by me, and the pending holidays. This EA naturally cannot be tested in the back tester.

The EA should offer the following functionality (brief summary):

 - Permit other EAs running on the account to trade only on selected days and times in the broker time zone either discovered automatically or input by the user. This EA should remain active at all times.

 - The other EAs are selected by the user from the follwoing: all, none, or up to 3 identified by filenames and/or magic numbers.

 - Store internally the account metrics (balance, equity, free margin, % margin level) as well as the largest losing trade loss amount and update them in real time.

 - Operate on a base level of one user-selected account metric. Certain actions will be taken when that account metric encounters a loss either in % or in account currency. The base level should be auto discoverable at EA initiation time, roll over         (updated daily), at a user-defined past moment, or "now".

 - The actions are: 1) send notification; 2) disable EAs; 3) close largest losing trade; 4) emergency closure of all trades. At the latter 3, notifications should also be sent. Notifications should be set to push, e-mail, both, or none.

 - Graphical panel by coder's own design subject to my approval. If approved, this will bring in additional payment (by incereasing the job budget) by 50% or USd 50%, which ever is lower. This is written in the specifications and will be legally enforceable on your side (open arbitrage if the budget increase is not given).
