EA Max and Min

Hello.                                                              I want to make a very simple Ea, with the minimum and maximum of the last candles.  Operates only at buy.  Place a buy limit order on the minimum of the last two candles, not reaching the minimum on the next candle, the current order is deleted and another buy limit is placed on the minimum of the last two candles.  I need a filter, only buy if the RSI 14 is less than 50. The target is the maximum of the last three candles, not reaching the next candle, the target is marked to the maximum of the last three candles.  I would like to have the option of removing the RSI filter if I want, and also changing the configuration, if the entry will be in the last two or three candles, and if the target will be in the last three or two candles to test, if you  being able to show me in the code how I change it can be too.                                      Eu quero fazer um Ea muito simples, com a minima e maxima dos últimos candles. Opera só na buy. Colocar uma ordem buy limit na minima dos dois últimos candles, não atingindo a mínima no candle seguinte, a ordem atual é excluída e colocada outra buy limit na minima dos dois últimos candles. Eu preciso de um filtro, só compra se o RSI 14 estiver menor que 50. O alvo é a máxima dos três últimos candles, não atingindo no próximo candle, o alvo é remarcado para a máxima dos três últimos candles. Eu gostaria de ter a opção de remover o filtro RSI se eu quiser, e também mudar a configuração, se a entrada vai ser nos dois ou três últimos candles, e se o alvo será nos três ou nos dois últimos candles para testar, se você conseguir me mostrar no código como altero isso pode ser também.
