I am looking for profitable EA

Hi everyone! I'm looking for the most experienced traders who have deep analytical and development understanding.

What needs to be done are two things,  develop a strategy and the EA based on that strategy for true High Frequency Trading.

The idea is to create an EA based on the true High Frequency Trading concept working on all majors M1, with a very tight Stop Loss (speaking of 1-2 pips max, to have basically no DD), and a TP which is at least 2 times higher than the SL to keep a 1:2 ratio. If it is feasible I would also like to include features like breakeven to further narrow down losses, and perhaps even a machine learning algorithm which automatically adjusts for even better performance over time. With that technically it should be able to trade with larger lot sizes and almost no DD. Since we're talking of true HFT I am expecting the EA to return hundreds of trades per day. 

Now you might want to ask why is it such an odd request and why am I looking for a strategy to be developed too? Well, simply because I lack in development skills for HFT systems and I am in need of someone who is experienced with that and can actually achieve this.

It should be clear that a very profitable strategy and working EA is implied, with high win rates (80%+).
