I need ea that check indicator and open orders

I have indicator(i will provide the source code). I need ea that check indicator and follow this step

 1- If the arrow is up open buy order  (need wait candle close then open the order)

 2 -  it will close order when the arrow shows down(needs to wait candle close then close the order )

 3 -  If order close negative it will check mulplipy lot then open sell order

 4 - if order close positive it will restart lot and open sell order

5 -  it will push alert to cellular when open and close orders

those are the variable

1 - fixed sl/tp ( if the variable is  0 no need sl/tp) if rearch the sl/tp then it  wait for next arrow to open the next order

2 - trailstop on/off  if rearch thestop then it will wait for next arrow to open the next order

3 - session time 

4 - breakeven

5- start lot

6 - multiply lot

7 -magic number
