4 MA Crossover EA

The EA I'm looking to design will place trades based on 4 different moving average crossovers. 

Example: The 1st buy trade will be placed when the: 10 SMA crosses above the 20 SMA.(once this crossover happens and the trade has been placed no more orders for that pair will be placed using this crossover until it hits its take profit or stop loss) 

Example: 2nd and any additional buy trades will be placed when the: 40 SMA crosses above the 60 SMA. Any additional trades after the 2nd buy trade must meet this criteria:

- It uses the same moving average crossover as the second trade.(40 and 60 in this example)

-The new crossovers(40 / 60 sma) are (X)% lower (X=25% for this example) than the previous orders entry price.  (For example if the first crossover (10 / 20 sma) happened at 425 it places a buy. The currency pair continues lower then we have a 2nd crossover with the (40 / 60 sma crossover) at 400 we have our 2nd buy. Now for any new buy, no matter how many (40 / 60 crossovers) we have it won’t place another trade till it has a (40 / 60 crossover) below 300 which is 25% lower than 400. The system will continue to place trades for every (40 / 60 crossover) 25% below the previous entry.

The 3rd MA crossover is the take profit crossover. For example it will take profit when the 40 sma crosses below the 60 sma. The criteria is that it has to be at or above the price of the 1st buy order placed. If the crossover is below the 1st buy rate /entry price nothing occurs. If the crossover is at or above the 1st buy order rate / entry price, then it closes all the trades for that pair. 

The 4th and final crossover is used as a stop loss crossover. For example if the 10 SMA crosses below the 100 SMA then it closes all the trades for that pair and restarts the system.

All these orders stay in until they reach their take profits or stop loss.
