Create EA based on iIchimoku and iSAR (MQL5/MT5)

This is my first post here so if you I forgot something and you want to clarify, please le me know.

Requirements 

1. The idea of the trading system is as follows: market entries are performed based on the iIchimoku Cloud and the Parabolic Sar
2. Trading Signals: (we never trade inside the cloud)
1. If the SAR < bid, and we are under the iIchimoku Cloud, a sell position is open.
   
2. If the SAR < bid, and we are over the iIchimoku Cloud, a buy position is open.
   
3. Positions are closed at opposite signals: Buy positions are closed at Sell signals, and Sell positions are closed at Buy signals.
4. Additional filters for opening a position
• The price should be close to the cloud by open_level (in points) if the price is > top of the cloud by more then open_level we don't take the trade, if the price is lower then bottom of the cloud with open_level we don't take the trade neither.
• We don't trade the same bar twice.
  
  
5. Additional filters for closing a position (Should be boolean input for both, to enable or disable it.)
• Sell Positon: If the price < SAR, and we are in profit we close the position.
• Buy Position: if the price > SAR andwe are in profit, we close the position.
• Maximum Spread: a maximum_spread input is defined. (simbol.Spread();)
  
  
6. Close by Take Profit — during position opening, a Take Profit level is set at a fixed distance from the open price, specified in points. The value is set in the InpTakeProfit input parameter.
7. Position management
1. TrailngStop is used to protect profit. Stop Loss is set if profit in points exceeds the value specified in the InpTrailingStop parameter. If the price continues to move in the profit direction, Stop Loss should be trailed at the given distance. Stop Loss cannot be moved towards the loss direction, i.e. the Stop Loss value cannot be increased. If none of protective orders (Take Profit or Stop Loss) triggers, the position should be closed by an opposite signal. No other position exit methods are available
8. Order value: Order value should be based on trade_balance input and maximum_risk input value.
1. trade_balance is between 0 and 100. 
• if trade_balance = 100 open a position with maximum possible lot (system limit or based on our balance and maximum lot we can afford).
2. maximum_risk is between 0 and 100
• if(account.Equity()/account.Balance() < (1-maximum_risk/100)) we close the position
