Modifications to existing MT4 EA

The existing EA has a price action strategy whereby it will open a trade based on the current bars open price.

The modifications I would like is to add a basket trading strategy to this based on certain adjustable criteria. 

For the basket trades, there's 3 different stages and I would like the EA to do different things at different stages. The first two stages is simple and just based on price movement and time passed, creating a possible breakeven logic if we don't go into the profit.

However, on the third stage I would like the EA to consider Currency Strength and open/close trades based on the Currency Strength. Also I want an option to see the Currency Strength of whatever pair we're trading with.
