I need the attached indicator written as a python function (I know it re-paints, that's not an issue). I am simply looking for the algorithm that produces all the bands (lines), not the colouring or shading. Here is what it looks like in mt4:

So given the OHLC and timestamp vectors in python, taken from a csv say, (loaded into a pandas dataframe or numpy lists, whatever suits), I want a function to return vectors containing all the values of the bands. Thanks.
