Expert advisor in mql4 for DAX 30 index

Hello, I need to program EA system for DAX index. The Ea should work as follows:

Dax 30 opens and the current price of the dax index is 13000 points. The system would automatically opens pending orders(OCO order) when the DAX market opens. 

Buy stop 13010 (SL 25 points TP 50 points)

Sell stop 12990 (SL 25 points TP 50 points)

I would like to be able to set how many points from the current value of the DAX will EA opens the oco order and levels of SL and TP. As well as the lot size.

For example:

if the SELL STOP 12990 (SL 25 TP 50) order were opened, the  pending order BUY STOP would be automatically canceled. On the other hand

if the BUY STOP 13010 (SL 25 TP 50) order were opened, the pending  SELL STOP order would be automatically canceled.

As soon as STOP LOSS or PROFIT TAKING is executed, the entire cycle would be repeated and the OCO order would be placed again.

The whole process would be repeated until the market closed.
