Need to convert TradingView Pinescript into a MT4 indicator and Expert Advisor

I need someone to convert my Tradingview indicator into a MT4 indicator and also need an EA created to automate this strategy. The EA must have dynamic lots and fixed lots. I want the EA to take multiple trades when the signal is given on the indicator.  There's not a take profit or stop loss. The EA should take profit when the indicator gives a signal in the opposite direction. I also need the source files for the MT4 indicator and EA once finished. 

This EA should be able to be used on any timeframes and any chart.
