New expert advisor based on moving averages

I have a strategy based on moving averages and want to implement it in an expert for automated trading. Please see attached pics for strategy explanation. I should have the option to trade with fixed lots or at auto lot calculation in relation to available equity. I also an option to define desired trading hours. Strategy: looking at a sell trade. First we look to the anchor chart which is 1-hour chart, here price is nicely below the 8 and the 21 moving average weighted moving averages for 21 and prices below both meanings for sale trade only. Now we go to the 5-minute chart just seen the 8th 13 and 21 moving averages there nicely fanning out in the direction of the dominant trend on the Anchor chart. Now we wait for a pull back into the 8 moving average, now we need to count back previous five candles to look for the previous lowest low of the previous five candles. We're going to be placing our stop three pips above the trigger bar here is our initial risk once you have your initial risk and of course you can set your first take profit target which should be 1x risk which will be down there and takes out the first type of the target it half position and move the balance of the trade to break even, our TP2 take profit target to which two times risk.
