Crossing EMA bot

Guys, I would like to create a bot with the following:

Use 2 moving avarage (slow and fast);

Will buy or sell when crossing happens with the following rules:
  - Only buy/sell after a confirmation (5-10pts after cross) - This number needs to be configure by the user; 
  - Automatically check if price is going up or down, going up, buys, down sells;

- TP and SL as input from the user;

  - Start time and End time configure by the user; 
  - SL and TP configure by the user;
  - Option for 2 strategies (SL and TP fixed) or moving SL after 30pts gain;

- Needs to be able to configure daily maxium sl and maxium tp

The bot also needs to have some indicator to check volume, do not get in if volume is too low.

Also accept suggestions for more indicators...
