proudly presents to you the new indicator 'KnowYourTrendlines' for MT5!
This indicator does not only draw trendlines between peaks & troughs, but it also generates signals if the market price of the selected symbol crosses a trendline or if it is rejected from one! It's fast so you can use it on REAL ticks.
This indicator provides a huge insight, especially if you want to be FAST in detecting turning points of the market!
For example if you trade the NASDAQ you will find that Wall Street moves the market price to the VERY exact pixel of a trendline!
You can either use this indicator to improve your manual trading skills (big times) or - if you are a developer - use it as a component in your EAs. It's easy to integrate into another EA or indicator by accessing its 32 buffers that are constantly being filled with valuable trendline specific data - with. EVERY. new. tick!
If you like visual debugging (which helps increasing your development speed), you can let the indicator draw trendlines and all buffer data in the Strategy Tester. Just check the parameter settings of the indicator.
Check it out and give it a try!

Hey guys,
I'm looking for a trustworthy programming friend: Honest thoughts; real desire to help & enjoy fresh thoughts; teaching new stuff each other; sharing ideas & mindsets. Combining coding power. For me: it's not for the profits in the first place. For me it's to improve my knowledge and skill set, realizing unconventional trading ideas, creating high quality UI for the user, having real hands on experience and making the tools work without bugs.
Generally speaking: I seek a friend/comrade who has fun making a difference & likes to create amazing indicators & EAs with me.
One of my long term ideas: Building a shared code repository of stress tested library & utility classes (privately shared then). I can provide a server / repositories(Git/SVN) / databases. For a long term contact, be open to talk via skype & slack/discord. For any of my freely shared private work I'd never ask or demand money. Only if a common craftswork turns out to become an astonishing products that makes customers happy and profitable, a professional contract can ofc be setup (for fair profit split).
Some words about me: I try to take "external things" easy, but I'm very focused when I do my work or follow my hobby. Trying to live Zen in every moment. Also in coding & trading. :)
I generally follow high coding standards (clean code, good readability, high modularity, etc.). Kind of extreme coder with high willingness to learn new things on a daily basis.
If girl or boy, don't be shy / feel free to contact me via PM if you like. Please add some description on what you had/have been working and maybe what your ideas / future plans are, so we can find a common interest!
If things are not in alignment it is difficult to create a common base, so please understand that I seek no virtual bar buddies, no programming novices and sorry I neither program a profitable bot for you. ;-)
Best regards,
Marcel
