Zero, seems unstable and certainly unreliable as every other day for 3 months he promised it would be done tomorrow. I put 10 x energy (compared to developer) into this job plus 10% lost.

Emotional, codes wrong from 1st sentence of paragraph. Bad Eng/math e.g had to correct him to calculate %. Rushes you to complete payment while EA bugged. Won’t/can’t correct. Requires repetition.

Highly skilled coder with attention to detail with the complex job. Missed deadlines. I would have welcomed a more compromising approach and more suggestions for solutions.

Thanks for your FB. Yes one indicator is bugged and will need adjusting as part of job. I have reported the strategy in the manner I think it so would find it difficult to convert it's description to your proposed format. Thanks
