Yes. it is a complete EA. WIth proper optimization, you can trade on your real account, pass Propfarm challenges or whatever you want. And it is FREE! Fixed Pips or ATR Based SL both are good. I personally use Fixed PIP, because in that case i the predict the outcome beforehand and it works for me!

Did a several rounds of backtesting and in the end was happy with the result after some tweaking, but when I tried to attach it to my live chart, it said the EA is only allowed on demo accounts. So NOT FREE! Be aware.
