Welcome to the Gold Lightning Strike EA!!!  Trading Gold on Any Time Frame, targeting a high win rate and following a strategy with multiple conditions monitored for ideal trades!!!  The EA uses a simple strategy using multiple Moving Averages with enhanced filtering to open optimal trades.  A total of 6 unique signals are used to trade in both directions.  As a customer, you can customize each signal per your preferred settings.  Please note below that I recommend using various Raw Accounts with specific brokers.  I believe in providing high quality products at an affordable price.  Please message me if you have any questions.

Program Parameters

  • EAcom = Comment placed on each open trade.
  • Magic = Unique magic number for EA.
  • MaxOrders = Number of trades that can be open at one time.
  • FixedLotSizeEnabled = When set to True, will use the FixedLotSize Parameter.  When False will use the BalanceLotSize Parameter
  • FixedLotSize = Trade size in lots to use for every trade when FixedLotSizeEnabled is True.
  • BalanceLotSize = Trade size in lots per BalancePerLotSize.  Used when FixedLotSizeEnabled is False.
  • BalancePerLotSize = The balance required per BalanceLotSize.  If BalanceLotSize is 1 and this is set to 10000, then when account balance is 20000, will trade lot size of 2 lots.
  • NeverDecreaseLotSize = Set to True if using BalanceLotSize to never have lot size used decrease when balance decreases.
  • ClosePipProfitFactorX = Used to calculate profit of each signal.
  • MinProfitClose = Minimum profit target for every trade opened. 100 = $1.00
  • ClosePipLoss = Maximum loss target for every trade opened.
  • TickCountSpacing - Minimum number of ticks between non-winning trades.
  • MA_BIG_TicksX = Signal Big Moving Average.
  • MA_SMALL_TicksX = Signal Small Moving Average.
  • BigSmallDiffX = Signal to determine when to open.
  • PriceMoveX = Signal to determine price movement required to open trade.


Additional Protections Built into the Program Include

  1. A hard TP and SL price are set with each trade opened in the event of very large market swings or loss of connection with the broker’s server.
  2. When losses occur, the EA will delay between trades if market is taking wild swings.


Recommendations on Usage

  1. Run on the XAUUSD chart.
  2. A timeframe does not matter, the EA uses ticks to trade.
  3. Start Risk small to watch program in action and determine if this EA is right for you.
  4. Keep Risk low to protect your account from drawdown.
  5. Do not close trades over weekend as profit can be lost.
  6. Low spreads, low commission and high quality execution will help earn more profit.
  7. Minimum of $200 USD deposit on account to run.
