CapitalSupportResistance

"Support and Resistance" is a fundamental concept in technical analysis for trading stocks, currencies, or other assets in financial markets. Here's how to use it:

Identifying Support

  1. Support is a price level where buying is strong. When the price drops to this level, there tends to be significant buying activity, preventing the price from falling further.
  2. Identifing Support: Look for the lowest points in a given period and find levels where the price has bounced back up multiple times.
  3. Usage: Support levels can be used as buying points or to set stop-loss orders.

Identifying Resistance

  1. Resistance is a price level where selling pressure is strong. When the price rises to this level, there tends to be significant selling activity, preventing the price from rising further.
