How to get last highest value from GARCH indicator and get reverse value ?

I am not a creator of Garch indicator therefore I have some problems to get some values from it. If somebody get an ideas how to get these values from it, I would be very appreciated. I mean previous highest value of dot 1 and reverse value of dot 2, Last lowest value of dot 3 and reverse value of

mt4 server

I know that mt4 is commercial server. But I think it is quite not right, because lot of people are looking for for api, trying to implement communication with languages for statistical purpose and research. I think should be released some limited or lightweight version for testing purposes

I have strategy. But can't test it by hands. It takes ages.

The problem is I can't get the previous wave highest and lowest values. and also can get current wave values
