Indicator suddenly stopped working, what do I do?

Hello, I recently had a indicator developed for me which would send me signals and it was working well. The day I decide to buy a vps , it stops working, though I don't think that's the cause of the problem. I go to my terminal to see 'your licence has expired'. What does this mean and how do I get

VPS not sending me indicator signals, what do I do?

I recently bought the VPS and tried to set it up, so I could receive signals from my indicator. The problem is that it is not sending me signals when my laptop is off. It will only send them when my laptop is on. Have I set it up wrong and what can I do to fix this problem

Indicator does not have Push Notifications. Need someone to build an EA for the push notifications. Money offered .
