copy trade: incorrect amount of deposit used each trade

Hi guys, I have recently subscribed to a signal and the amount used for each trade is set at 5% of deposit. However it only trades 0.1 lot each time which is way less than what it should be. with 5% of deposit, it should trade 1 lot each time... Any ideas why

FXCM MT4 platform does not have "signal" in option menu?

I have FXCM MT4 live account and recently subscribed to a signal provider . However, no matter what I do, I cannot find the signal tab in the option menu. Does anyone have similar problems or have any idea why? I read somewhere ppl say that FXCM does not provide copy trade service, it is true? Or it
