How to merge 2 accounts/logins

For some reason I have 2 accounts on MQL and I would like to merge them. I have purchased indicators etc on both accounts and need to access them on the one chart

FX and Indices

I am testing the chart system and can only get FX markets and prices. Is it possible to load Indices and Commodities into the mql5 charting software Many thanks Mick
