cant subscribe to signal: "no conversion rate for the deposit currency of provider (USD100) and subscriber".

Hi, when I try to subscribe to a signal I get the error message described in the subject. Any ideas to prevent this? The strange thing is, that I was subscribed to this signal for months but unfortunatekly I just missed the renew period. any ideas? best regards, Christoph
