Pips and points using the mt4/5 crosshairs

So in the S&P500 Index, Price at 4422.02 and lower price at 4416.14. using the crosshair gives me 560 (the middle number). can someone confirm that is equal to 56 Pips

incorrect icon in MT4

This probably seems a minor issue but its really annoying me. I used to have City Index as my broker. I now use InstaForex. I downloaded MT4 from their website. On the desktop the icon is the correct one for InstaForex. But when I click it and it opens, the Icon in the apps bar is City Index. I find

Confusing times on mt5

Can someone explain the way times are shown in the charts. On the attached charts you can see the time on the bottom is 04:00, the time right at the top of the screenshot is 21.25 real time in Brisbane Australia, and the real time in NY is 06.25. So what time zone is the 04:00 relating too. Its

In built MT5 Trailing stop loss

Hi, I want to use a trailing stop to move by pips behind price, so when I sleep if price reverses I will not lose big. Does the built in one work on the MT5 VPS, and is it accurate. I seem to remember reading somewhere it wasn't very good. I definitely need one that works on the VPS . Cheers

Need help with the MT5 VPS please

cannot get strategy tester mt4 to give results

Metatrader refuses to connect on Win 10

I have a new clean install of Win 10, and downloaded the latest MT4 for PC direct from your website. Installation went flawlessly. However I am totally un able to login in to my existing trade account wirh CapitalXP. I also have the Android app and the Ios app, both are able to login to my broker
