Trading disabled . Investor mode MT5

My trading capabilities are fiables, it says investor mode in the journal. How do I restore my trading capability. Thank you Laurent

Trade tab disappeared on MT5

After the platform seemed to be frozen, I deleted the app and reinstalled it. When it came back on , I no longer had the trade tab . I have positions opened that I cannot access , can’t close it. If I press on the positions, nothing either. I don’t know what the problem is. Please help. Laurent. 561

Trade tab on mobile app is red

The quote tab, history tab, setting tab , chart tab , all blue , but trade tab is Ted. I have buy and sell positions opened, can’t close them. Please help
