Beginner question - timeframe EA and chart

I'm building a basic EA. I would like to enter a long position on the high of the last x hourly candle. Is the timeframe of the chart overruling the timeframe set on the EA? If in the code I calculate the high on the hourly candle (double HighEntry = High[iHighest(" EURUSD ",60,MODE_HIGH,48,1)])

Synchronization issue

I subscribed to a signal. During the trading, my Metatrader station closed a position with one minute of delay compared to the signal provider . (obviously losing money). Two different broker accounts using the same signal, one subscription?

Hi, If I want to use the same signal on two different broker accounts, do I need to subscribe twice to the signal? Thanks for your help
